Applications

 

Immunohistochemistry

• Tissue sections from the skin were immunohistochemically stained with anti-cytokeratin 10 and anti-Ki-67 monoclonal antibodies. PMID: 15588557

• analysis of CK-10 expression in human skin squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) basing on immunohistochemical procedure. PMID: 11603178

• cytokeratin 10 immunocytochemical staining to differentiate odontogenic keratocysts (OKC) from dentigerous and other nonkeratinizing cysts was evaluated. PMID: 10981972

• Expression of cytokeratin 10, 13, and involucrin as prognostic factors in low stage squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix with indirect immunoperoxidase technique. PMID: 7522949

Flow Cytometry

• Cytokeratin 10 molecules were shown by flow cytometry to be exposed on the surface of both desquamated nasal epithelial cells and keratinocytes. Cytokeratin 10 was also detected on the surface of desquamated human nasal cells using immunofluorescence. PMID: 12427098
